The Bracha Rishona on Sugar Coated Almonds is Borei Pri Haetz and the Bracha Acharona is Borei Nefashos.
Since the sugar coating is subordinate to the almond, even if the amount of sugar is greater than the volume of the almond (Eliyahu Raba 204:17; P’ri Megadim, Mechaber 202:13).
